The LOC-LINE coolant hose system is an innovative solution for precise cooling in machine applications. With a diameter of 6 mm and a maximum flow rate of 15 l/min, this system provides effective cooling that is ideal for grinding and EDM applications. The flat nozzles are designed to ensure an even distribution of coolant. The system can be easily assembled, adjusted, extended, or shortened by hand, without coolant pressure or machine vibrations altering the position. This allows for flexible handling and adaptation to various requirements in the workshop or production environment. The included multi-hole nozzles, with a width of 12 mm and five holes with a diameter of 1.5 mm, ensure optimal cooling and efficiency.
