Diagonal cutter with specially ground cutting edges for clean, flush cutting. The cutting edges are hardened to 62-64 HRC, allowing for flush cutting with no bevel. Ideal for molded plastic pins, cable ties, PCB component cables, 3-core cables, and copper wire. The relieved jaws provide better accessibility to confined areas, and the painted surface protects the jaws from rust.
