The Mersen NH Plug-on Cover BB3TS is available for NH fuse bases that can be mounted in single-pole and three-pole configurations. Each three-pole base is equipped with two phase separation walls. Touch protection covers that can be attached to the contact springs can also be supplied.

The plastic fuse bases in sizes 00 to 3 feature a one-piece plastic base, while size 4 has a metal base plate with two ceramic bases. The sturdy, silver-plated contact springs are made of electrolytic copper and are formed from a single piece. High-load, non-loosening steel springs make the contact resistant to high thermal loads.

NH fuse bases of size 4 are designed for fuse inserts with 8 mm contact blades. A microswitch (250 VAC / 10 A, connection size 6.3 x 0.8 mm) can be used together with NH fuse inserts with a striker and indicates when the fuse melts or when no fuse insert is in place. For fuse bases with indirect touch protection, a microswitch is not possible.

Rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp: 6 kV / 8 kV (sizes 00 / 0-4). IEC 60269 compliant, dimensions according to DIN 43620, DIN VDE 0636-2.
