Lemon

The lemon is a wonderful plant for a conservatory or a terrace pot. Very important: The lady from the Mediterranean loves and needs sunlight. Then she enjoys producing yellow fruits among her dark green leaves. These fruits shine brightly during the summer months against the dark foliage of the evergreen plant, creating a stunning contrast.

Citrus limon grows in a bushy manner and typically reaches a height of 1.5 to 2 meters and a width of 1 to 1.5 meters. The lemon (Citrus limon) produces white, fragrant flowers and decorative yellow fruits.

The plant should be watered regularly, allowing the soil to dry out in between.

Tip: Water this plant only with lime-free water. Rainwater is particularly suitable for this purpose. Once the temperatures no longer drop below 5 °C at night, this plant can also be placed outdoors. A shower with lukewarm water removes dust and revitalizes your favorite. Choose a partially shaded spot without direct sunlight to avoid leaf damage. If necessary, the plant can also be repotted outdoors in the spring, saving you cleaning work in your home.

Planting is possible year-round (indoors). A frost-free wintering at 8 to 10 °C is required.
