IP54 metric cable gland for flat cables. The Lapp Skindicht SVG-M cable glands according to IP54 feature an upper and lower part with a special insert that has two pressure seals. The sealing lip on the side of the gland can automatically adjust to different cable sizes, allowing for the sealing of flat cables with varying outer dimensions.

Features and benefits: Due to the large opening, two cables can be secured in one cable gland. Cable-specific sealing compounds are no longer required. Nickel-plated brass. Operating temperature range from -20 °C to +100 °C.

Typical applications: For the introduction of flat cables, conveyor systems, pumps, elevators, and the manufacture of control cabinet systems.
