The belts are coated with premium corundum aluminum oxide and are fully resin-bonded, ensuring particularly high abrasion resistance. The backing of the sanding belts is made from a heavy, highly elastic cotton fabric, providing a stable and durable connection between the sanding belt and the machine. Thanks to a special bonding process, the sanding belts are free from chatter and flutter. This allows for even sanding and minimizes unwanted vibrations.
