KUB Trigon® indexable insert solid drill combination shank 3×D

Design: Offset drilling with a diameter-dependent capability of up to 1.5 mm. The special manufacturing process allows for extremely large chip spaces with maximum rigidity. The specific positioning of the indexable cutting inserts ensures chip-free holes and precise dimensional accuracy (±0.1 mm in most cases). Internal cooling is provided directly at the cutting edges, with a sophisticated geometry ideal for minimum quantity lubrication. A coolant pressure of 3 to 10 bar is sufficient. This tool is suitable for both stationary and rotating applications. Note: Caution! A disc may fall off when the drill exits, posing a risk of injury with rotating workpieces.
