KUB Trigon® indexable insert solid drill ABS 50 3×D

Design: Special manufacturing process for extremely large chip spaces with maximum rigidity. Specific positioning of the indexable cutting inserts for chip-free drilling and precise dimensional accuracy (±0.1 mm in standard cases). Internal cooling directly to the cutting edges (sophisticated geometry ideal for minimum quantity lubrication). A coolant pressure of 3 − 10 bar is sufficient. Suitable for stationary and rotating applications. Off-axis drilling: diameter-dependent up to 1.5 mm. Note: Caution! A disc falls off upon drill exit. Risk of injury with rotating workpieces!
