KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill with straight shank 5×D

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill from Komet is a highly developed tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With optimal base body strength and a special surface treatment, this drill offers outstanding performance and longevity. It is particularly suitable for extreme machining situations and ensures excellent dimensional accuracy, even under the most challenging conditions. The design allows for reduced inventory costs, as identical internal and external inserts can be used. Additionally, drilling with an axial offset of up to 0.25 mm is possible, enhancing flexibility and precision in application. The drill is equipped with clamping screws but does not include indexable inserts, making it ideal for use with a centering mandrel.
