KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill 3×D cylindrical shank

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill from Komet is a highly advanced tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With optimal base body strength and a special surface treatment, this drill offers outstanding performance and longevity. It ensures excellent dimensional accuracy, even under the most challenging drilling conditions. The design allows for reduced inventory costs, as identical internal and external inserts can be used. The drill is suitable for axial drilling with a maximum axial offset of up to 0.25 mm and achieves a maximum diameter of D + 0.5 mm through adjustment. The drilling tolerance is ⌀D − 0.1 / + 0.2 mm, enabling precise machining. The KUB Pentron® is ideal for extreme machining situations and comes with clamping screws, but without indexable inserts. It is available in various versions, including options with ABS® shank and PSC shank upon request.
