It contains two mixed mung bean bags, two pure mung bean bags, two alfalfa seed bags, one radish seed bag, and one fenugreek seed bag. You don't need to be a pro to grow sprouts. First, soak the bags in about 20-degree warm water for eight to ten hours. After that, the bags only need to be rinsed once or twice a day.
