Execution: Offset drilling: Ø-dependent up to 1.5 mm. Special manufacturing process for extremely large chip spaces with maximum rigidity. Specific positioning of the indexable cutting inserts for chip-free drilling and precise dimensional accuracy (±0.1 mm in most cases). Internal cooling directly at the cutting edges (sophisticated geometry ideal for minimum quantity lubrication). A coolant pressure of 3 to 10 bar is sufficient. Suitable for both stationary and rotating applications. Note: Caution! A disc falls off when the drill exits. Risk of injury with rotating workpieces! Please take protective measures. On request: left-hand cutting; 2×D, other Ø; special designs; torsional vibration dampers for ABS for low-vibration machining, with maximum tool life and minimal noise level. Delivery includes: clamping screws (without indexable cutting inserts). Usage: With indexable cutting inserts No. 236740 to 237080.
