Product details

Execution: Special manufacturing process for extremely large cutting areas with maximum rigidity. Specific positioning of the indexable inserts for chip-free drilling and precise dimensional accuracy (±0.1 mm in most cases). Internal cooling directly at the cutting edges (sophisticated geometry ideal for minimum quantity lubrication). A coolant pressure of 3 to 10 bar is sufficient. Suitable for stationary and rotating applications. Off-axis drilling: diameter-dependent up to 1.5 mm. Note: Caution! A disc falls off upon drill exit. Risk of injury with rotating workpieces! Please take safety precautions. On request: left-hand cutting; 2×D, other diameters; special designs; torsional vibration dampers for ABS for low-vibration machining, with maximum tool life and minimal noise level. Delivery includes: clamping screws (without indexable inserts). Usage: With indexable inserts No. 236740 to 237080.
