KUB Trigon® indexable insert solid drill ABS 50 3×D

Design: Special manufacturing process for extremely large cutting depths with maximum rigidity. Specific positioning of the indexable inserts for chip-free drilling and precise dimensional accuracy (±0.1 mm in most cases). Internal cooling directly at the cutting edges (sophisticated geometry ideal for minimum quantity lubrication). A coolant pressure of 3 − 10 bar is sufficient. Suitable for both stationary and rotating applications. Offset drilling: diameter-dependent up to 1.5 mm. Note: Caution! A disc falls off upon drill exit. Risk of injury with rotating workpieces!
