Product details
DUROVIT is a water-dilutable, silk-matt acrylic dispersion paint with the highest degree of whiteness. It is the quality product among interior dispersions, thanks to its high wash and scrub resistance (over 15,000 rubs), opacity (often only one coat is sufficient), and coverage (deep specific weight). DUROVIT is easy to apply without streaks, has low odor, and hardly splatters when rolled. DUROVIT coatings are characterized by low dirt sensitivity, high adhesion strength, and alkali resistance. The coatings remain breathable, lightfast (no darkening or yellowing), aging-resistant, and elastic.
Application Area:
As a wall and ceiling paint for interior use in new construction as well as in renovation. Suitable for all mineral substrates such as cement, lime, or synthetic plasters, masonry, exposed concrete, gypsum, Eternit, as well as wood, wallpaper, Styrofoam, etc.
Pre-treatment:
The substrate must be clean, dry, and load-bearing. Absorbent or sandy substrates should first be solidified with a primer. Old lime and Blanc-Fix coatings should be thoroughly washed off and fixed with a primer. Freshly applied synthetic, silicone, or mineral plasters must be well dried before overcoating; otherwise, stress cracks may occur. Do not apply below 8 °C.
Cleaning:
Clean working tools immediately with water. Dried paint can only be removed with a cleaning thinner or brush cleaner.
