Torsion spring for clean cutting of thin-walled plastic pipes (e.g., plastic conduit pipes) with a diameter of 6.0 - 35.0 mm. Not suitable for cutting cables. The blade is replaceable and can be retracted from any position. Low force requirement due to special blade geometry and optimum transmission.
