Knipex-Werk StriX wire strippers 13 66 180 T BK are designed for electrical installation, combining two essential tools in one pair of pliers. They feature integrated cable shears for clean, crush-free cutting of copper and aluminum cables. The cutting edges are induction-hardened, with a hardness of approximately 57 HRC. The stripping blades can be universally adjusted using a knurled screw, and the slim design allows for good accessibility.
These wire strippers can handle solid, stranded, and fine-stranded conductors with plastic or rubber insulation up to a maximum diameter of 5 mm or 10 mm² conductor cross-section. They include a visual orientation aid for stripping standard lengths (11 mm and 16 mm) thanks to graduation in the jaw. The pliers also have an integrated insulated fastening eyelet for attaching a fall protection device.
