78 61 125 ESDSB Electronic Super Knips ESD precision pliers are designed for ultra-fine cutting work, particularly in electronics and fine mechanics. The handles are electrically discharging and dissipative. They feature ground, very sharp cutting edges without bevels. The shear cut has controlled micro cutting edge misalignment for the most precise cutting of even the thinnest wires, ensuring a long service life. The precisely shaped tips allow for cutting wires close to a surface from a diameter of 0.2 mm. The joint is secured with a stainless steel rivet, providing extremely smooth movement for minimum operator fatigue. The pliers come with an opening spring and an opening limiter. The cutting edges are additionally induction-hardened, with a cutting edge hardness of approximately 64 HRC, made from special tool steel and burnished. The product is available on a self-service card or in a blister pack.
