The Knipex-Werk Crimping Tool 97 53 19 SB is designed for various applications. It features a trapezoidal crimping shape and includes a locking device for mechanical tools. The inserts are not interchangeable. The Knipex Twistor T crimping head can be rotated 360° and has 8 locking positions. It has a trapezoidal crimp profile with a high capacity range of 0.14 to 10 mm², allowing for crimping of end sleeves from nearly any working position. The tool automatically adjusts to different cross-sections, and the crimping opening is accessible from both sides, enabling crimping of lengths up to 18 mm in a single operation. Extra-long end sleeves can be inserted, and crimping of double end sleeves up to 2 x 6 mm² is possible.
