Product details

Straight carving chisel with a slanted edge, featuring an octagonal beechwood handle. Carving chisels are handcrafted from special tool steel with a high carbon content. They achieve a hardness of ± HRc 61 along the entire usable length of the blade, significantly exceeding DIN standards, and produce a smooth cut due to their flawlessly polished surface. The chisels are factory-sharpened with a cutting angle of 17°, making them ready for use. This angle is suitable for soft to medium-hard wood. Carving chisels are ideal for small to medium sculpting tasks, such as decorative carving or inlays.
