Product details

Carving knife with a straight blade, three-edged, with a beechwood handle "Kirschen". Carving knives are made from special carbon steel. They have a hardness of 59 - 61 HRc and are delivered pre-sharpened. Before the first use, they should be honed with a sharpening stone to achieve their final sharpness. Carving knives are suitable for decorative carving or inlays.
