Product details
These cable pulling sleeves have been specially developed for laying cables used in building installation. Pulling sleeves for building installation make it easier to pull in power and communication cables as well as several individual wires. They are particularly flexible and can also be used in pipes with a small diameter. The pulling sleeves for building installation enable the electrician to pull in the cable quickly and safely without having to strip the cable and bend a pulling hook beforehand. They are simply slipped over the cable sheath and grip tightly even at low tensile loads. This means that several individual wires can be pulled in at the same time. The cable pulling sleeves of this series are compatible with the Kati® Blitz and Kabelmax® pulling devices via the M5 threaded connection.
The effective length or nominal length is the resulting braid length on the cable when using a medium cable diameter - the mesh should then be square!
Features:
- high tensile strength, galvanised steel braid
- easy to screw onto the glass fibre profiles - this creates an effective pulling-in system
- Press sleeve ensures a force-fit connection between loop and braid
- Force is applied gently over the entire length of the braid - this avoids point loading and the resulting damage
- Ends of the stockings are not soldered or pressed, but braided back to the beginning of the stocking - this eliminates the risk of injury to people and cables
