Floorless pipe shelves with a shelf height of 2496 mm, shelf width of 1210 mm, and shelf depth of 995 mm. These shelves are particularly user-friendly and flexible, designed for bulky goods, providing better visibility of the stored products and suitable for rooms with sprinkler systems. Double-sided use is possible as no cross braces are required. They are manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The shelf stands are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated in light gray (RAL 7035). They include galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor anchoring, with floor anchoring holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The floor adjustment grid is 62.5 mm.

The pipe shelves are made from square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and coated in blue (RAL 5015), with 5 steel tubes per shelf.

The external dimensions for the base shelf are a width of 1060 mm and a width of the extension shelf of 1010 mm. The shelf width including base plates for the base shelf is 1120 mm and for the extension shelf is 1010 mm. The shelf depth corresponds to the specified depth plus 10 mm, and the depth including base plates is the specified depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional shelves are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
