kaiserkraft Tubular shelf plug-in rack

Boltless pipe racks with a shelf height of 1996 mm, shelf width of 960 mm, and shelf depth of 795 mm. This rack is particularly user-friendly and flexible, designed for bulky goods, offering better visibility of stored products and is suitable for rooms with sprinkler systems. It allows for double-sided use, as no cross bracing is required. It is manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The rack supports are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated in light grey RAL 7035. It includes galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting, with floor mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The foot adjustment grid is 62.5 mm.

The pipe racks are made of square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and are coated in blue RAL 5015. Each rack contains 5 steel tubes.

The external dimensions for the base rack width are 1060 mm + 1310 mm, and for the extension rack, they are 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The rack width including base plates for the base rack is 1120 mm + 1370 mm, and for the extension rack, it is 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The rack depth is the rack depth + 10 mm, and the rack depth including base plates is the rack depth + 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional shelves are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
