Boltless pipe racks with a shelf height of 2496 mm, shelf width of 1210 mm, and shelf depth of 795 mm. This rack is particularly user-friendly and flexible, designed for bulky goods to provide better visibility of stored products and to accommodate spaces with sprinkler systems. It allows for dual-sided use as no cross bracing is required. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The rack stands are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm, coated in light gray RAL 7035 plastic. It includes galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor attachment, with floor mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The foot adjustment grid is 62.5 mm.

The pipe racks are made from square steel tubes (35 x 20 x 1.25 mm and 20 x 20 x 1 mm) and coated in blue RAL 5015 plastic, with each rack featuring 5 steel tubes.

The external dimensions for the base rack are a width of 1060 mm + 1310 mm, and for the extension rack 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The rack width including base plates for the base rack is 1120 mm + 1370 mm, and for the extension rack 1010 mm + 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 10 mm, and the depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional shelves are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
