Mesh shelving system without bolts, with a shelf height of 1996 mm, shelf width of 1210 mm, and shelf depth of 995 mm. This shelving system is particularly user-friendly and flexible thanks to the grid shelves, which provide better visibility of the stored products and are suitable for rooms with sprinkler systems. Double-sided use is possible as no cross braces are required. It is manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The shelf supports are made of square steel tubes measuring 50 x 30 x 1.5 mm and are coated in light gray (RAL 7035). Galvanized metal base plates (110 x 50 x 3 mm) for floor mounting are included, with mounting holes of Ø 13 mm. Screws and dowels are to be provided by the customer. The floor adjustment grid is 62.5 mm. The grid shelves have a mesh size of 50 x 50 mm and a wire thickness of 3 mm, coated in blue (RAL 5015).

The external dimensions for the base shelf width are 1060 mm and 1310 mm for the extension shelf, while the extension shelf width measures 1010 mm and 1260 mm. The shelf width including base plates for the base shelf is 1120 mm and 1370 mm for the extension shelf, with the extension shelf width remaining at 1010 mm and 1260 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 10 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 20 mm.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution, and additional shelves are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
