Heavy-duty shelving unit with particle board supports, dimensions 2496 x 2330 x 1000 mm, including an extension shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beam can be mounted and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Wide base shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 100 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 160 mm. Wide extension shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 50 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 80 mm. The shelf depth including base plates is shelf depth + 10 mm. The support frame consists of 2 steel posts with a thickness of 1.5 mm, coated in Blue RAL 5010. The bottle profile measures 50 x 50 mm. Support frame beams and diagonals made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, are bolted to the posts. Galvanized base plates for floor installation are 3 mm high. Screws and dowels are provided on-site. The floor adjustment grid is 50 mm.

The support beams have a Z-profile and are coated in Light Grey RAL 7035. Three hooks with safety pins are included for mounting the support beams. The particle board supports have a thickness of 19 mm. The safe load values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible as long as the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
