Heavy-duty shelving unit with large shelves and particle board supports, dimensions 2496 x 2860 x 800 mm, basic shelving design. Suitable for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beams can be mounted and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

The width of the basic shelf without foot plates is shelf width plus 100 mm, and with foot plates shelf width plus 160 mm. The width of the extension shelf without foot plates is shelf width plus 50 mm, and with foot plates shelf width plus 80 mm. The shelf depth including foot plates is shelf depth plus 10 mm. The support frame consists of two steel posts with a thickness of 1.5 mm, coated in Blue RAL 5010. The "bottle profile" measures 50 x 50 mm. The cross beams and diagonals of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, and are bolted to the posts. Galvanized foot plates for floor anchoring are 3 mm high. The floor adjustment grid has a height of 50 mm.

The shelf levels are supported by beams with a Z-profile, coated in light gray RAL 7035. Three suspension hooks with safety pins are included for mounting the beams. The particle board supports have a thickness of 19 mm. The load capacities apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
