Heavy-duty shelving unit with large shelves and steel support modules, dimensions HxWxD 1996 x 2330 x 1000 mm, extension shelf. Designed for the manual storage of bulky and heavy goods. The beams can be mounted and adjusted without screws. Manufactured in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III.

Width of the base shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 100 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 160 mm. Width of the extension shelf - without base plates: shelf width + 50 mm; with base plates: shelf width + 80 mm. Shelf depth including base plates is shelf depth + 10 mm.

The support frame consists of 2 steel posts, thickness 1.5 mm, blue RAL 5010, plastic-coated, with a "bottle profile" of 50 x 50 mm. The cross beams and diagonals of the support frame are made of galvanized C-profile, 25 x 15 mm, and are bolted to the posts. Galvanized base plates for floor fastening, 3 mm high. Screws and dowels are available on-site. The floor adjustment grid is 50 mm.

The shelf levels feature beams with Z-profile, light gray RAL 7035, plastic-coated. Includes 3 suspension claws with safety pins for mounting the beams. The steel support modules are galvanized, thickness 0.5 mm. The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible if the specified maximum field load is adhered to.
