HaloX 100 with Tunnel 190 for Cast-in-Place Concrete 1281-30. The form-stable HaloX system is modularly designed for processing in cast-in-place concrete. Three housing diameters with a variety of round, square, and universal front parts allow for the integration of lights and speakers with a mounting diameter of up to 250 mm, even in exposed concrete. The tunnel provides ample space for accommodating operating devices, such as LED drivers. Optional extension rings increase the installation depth. All front parts are moisture-resistant and can be precisely positioned and nailed down before the first reinforcement is laid. The housing and front parts are securely interlocked and can still be freely adjusted afterwards. The tool-free opening technique with M20/M25 combination entry allows for easy and quick insertion of pipes, and even in case of incorrect placement, the entry can be easily resealed. It offers secure pipe retention with depth stop, eliminating the need for subsequent internal shortening of the pipes. After pouring, front parts with a defined installation diameter can be opened with a targeted hammer strike. The front parts for universal opening sizes can be flush-mounted or skimmed over. Subsequently, the desired installation opening can be created using conventional milling tools, such as the MULTI 4000. Installation type: Cast-in-place concrete.
