HaloX 180 Universal Front Plates 1282-11. The form-stable HaloX system is modularly designed for use in cast-in-place concrete. Three housing diameters with a variety of round, square, and universal front plates allow for the integration of lights and speakers with an installation diameter of up to 250 mm, even in exposed concrete. The system provides ample space for the accommodation of operating devices, such as LED drivers, with a tunnel design. Optional extension rings increase the installation depth. All front plates are moisture-resistant and can be precisely positioned and nailed down before the first reinforcement is laid. The housing and front plates are securely locked together and can be adjusted freely even after installation. The tool-free opening mechanism with M20/M25 combination entry allows for easy and quick insertion of pipes, and even in case of incorrect placement, the entry can be easily resealed. It offers secure pipe retention with a depth stop, eliminating the need for subsequent internal shortening of the pipes. After pouring, front plates with a defined installation diameter can be opened with a targeted hammer strike. The front plates for universal opening sizes can be surface-mounted or over-plastered. The desired installation opening can then be created using conventional milling tools, such as the MULTI 4000. Installation type: cast-in-place concrete.
