JUNG Emergency set

The JUNG emergency call system consists of a pull switch, a call module, a reset button, and a power supply unit (screw mounting, without mounting claws) and is available complete with a single frame. It is designed for emergency calls in accessible restroom facilities and meets the safety technical requirements according to DIN VDE 0834.

The emergency call system is modular and includes the following four components:

• Pull Switch: An emergency call can be triggered in the bathroom or restroom via an easily accessible pull cord. The pull switch can also be installed in the middle of the room on the ceiling to ensure it is easily reachable for those in need of assistance. A successful call activation is indicated by a red reassurance lamp on the switch.

• Call Module: The call module can be installed outside next to the restroom door or corridor door, for example. An activated emergency call is visually signaled by a red LED and acoustically by a buzzer with 90 dB(A). Both signals can be switched from steady light/steady tone to flashing light/pulsating tone.

• Reset Button: In the same room where the pull switch is located, the reset button is installed next to the door. The assisting personnel can use it to cancel the activated call.

• Power Supply Unit: For powering the emergency call system with DC 24 V. The service room unit, service room terminal, and call button are available separately. The service room unit can be installed in a staff or reception area, for example. A green button indicates presence, while a yellow button suppresses the acoustic emergency call signal from the call module for 20 seconds.

The components of the JUNG emergency call system can be complemented with frames from the AS / A, CD, or LS series, allowing for a uniform design throughout the building. The complete emergency call set already includes the frames. For system expansion, the components are also available individually.
