The plug-in resistance thermometer with connection cable allows for temperature measurement in gaseous and liquid media due to the temperature dependence of the electrical resistance of its built-in platinum sensor. The one-piece protective tube is welded, made from material 1.4571, and has dimensions of 6 x 50 mm. Therefore, the resistance thermometer is ideally suited for applications in climate and refrigeration technology, heating, oven and apparatus construction, as well as laboratory technology.

The resistance thermometer according to DIN EN 60751 (Class B) is designed as 1 x Pt100 in two-wire configuration and is rated for temperatures from -50 to +400 °C. The 1.5 m long connection cable made of metal mesh is shielded, contacted, and mounted with strain relief at the transition. The permissible ambient temperature of the connection cable is -50 to +350 °C. The open connection end is equipped with wire end sleeves according to DIN 46228 Part 4.
