Product details
Annual and perennial species provide a varied flowering aspect throughout the growing season. More frequent cuts—ideally 2 to 3—are quite possible, with the flowering aspect adapting to the frequency of cutting.

Instructions for use | A sowing rate of 10 g/m2 is recommended. Preparation is carried out in the same way as for a lawn: The soil should be worked to a depth of approx. 15-20 cm and loosened, e.g. by tilling. If it is an existing lawn, it must be stripped and removed, alternatively it can be "buried" by using an inverted tiller. Root residues, stones, etc. are removed. Early establishment of the fine levelling gives soil-borne seeds the opportunity to germinate. The emerging plants can then be mechanically controlled again before sowing. Fertilisation is not necessary, except on raw soils. A fine, crumbly seedbed must be created during the final preparation of the fine levelling. Sowing takes place in spring when frost is no longer expected. Depending on the location and weather conditions, this is between mid-April and mid-May. Later sowing until around mid-June is also possible. The longest flowering period is of course achieved with earlier sowing. If sown later, millet emergence can become a problem in hot, dry periods. |
