Product details
The LaFleur Ténor flower mixture, unlike annual mixtures, is also suitable for autumn sowing. Annual and perennial species ensure an early blooming start in the following year, lasting until late summer. When sown in spring, the mixtures usually show good development in the second year as well.

Instructions for use | A sowing rate of 3 - 5 g/m2 is recommended. Preparation is carried out in the same way as for a lawn: The soil should be worked to a depth of approx. 15-20 cm and loosened, e.g. by tilling. If it is an existing lawn, it must be stripped and removed, alternatively it can be "buried" by using an inverted tiller. Root residues, stones, etc. are removed. Early establishment of the fine levelling gives soil-borne seeds the opportunity to germinate. The emerging plants can then be mechanically controlled again before sowing. Fertilisation is not necessary, except on raw soils. A fine, crumbly seedbed must be created during the final preparation of the fine levelling. Sowing takes place in spring when frost is no longer expected. Depending on the location and weather conditions, this is between mid-April and mid-May. The longest flowering period is of course achieved with earlier sowing. If sown later, millet emergence can become a problem in hot, dry periods. Alternatively, this mixture can also be sown in early autumn. It will then flower the following spring. |
