JSP AeroLite Bump Cap, 2.5 cm Micro Brim, navy blue. The AeroLite bump cap weighs less than 135 g and offers full protection. Maximum ventilation: The AeroLite bump cap provides excellent airflow. Uncompromising lightweight: Weighing less than 135 g, the AeroLite bump cap offers top safety with a particularly light EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) impact absorber, combined with a sturdy HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) shell and a lightweight polyester cover. Clean and odor-resistant: Both the sweatband and the comfort insert are treated with Polygiene, an antibacterial feature that inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria and prevents unpleasant smells. This enhanced hygiene increases freshness while reducing the risk of skin reactions. Polygiene is certified as a Class 1 medical product and offers a lifetime guarantee against unpleasant odors. Quick-drying: The integrated sweatband effectively wicks away sweat and distributes it across the entire fabric, enhancing evaporation and cooling. Side reflective strips: Large reflective strips on both sides of the AeroLite bump cap increase the visibility of the product and the user. Water-repellent: To enhance the dirt-repellent properties of the stylish bump cap, the surface is equipped with a durable water-repellent coating. Water simply beads off the surface. EN812:2012.
