The safety lock is triggered when the crimping die reaches the end position. Quick reloading of the strip material in just a few seconds through simple magazine changes ensures efficient operation. A high gear ratio allows for exceptionally easy crimping of ferrules. Working range from 0.5 to 2.5 mm², no adjustment for wire cross-section is necessary. Precise length stop for uniform stripping. Integrated side cutter for wires up to a maximum of 2.5 mm². Twisting system prevents fraying of the strands, ensuring safe insertion of the wire into the ferrule. Crimping of ferrules in strip material from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 - 14) according to VDE 0609 Part 1, with magazine changes in seconds. Suitable for stranded wires with PVC insulation.
