The Flight XTM® jacket may be lightweight, but it offers heavyweight protection, thanks to the XTM® fibre lining and the armour that ensures more safety than standard motorcycle gear. It features a two-layer design with XTM® fibre lining and an exterior fabric made of 100% nylon twill. The nylon twill exterior fabric is wind and water resistant.

The jacket has a high collar with ribbing, multi-stretch comfort for unrestricted freedom of movement, long sleeves, straight shoulders, and safety cuffs. It includes zip side pockets and a pocket on the sleeve with a YKK zip, as well as left and right interior pockets.

A metal logo patch from John Doe adds a stylish touch. The jacket has an AAA protection classification and is prepared for an XTM® back protector with a multi-position system. It features integrated pockets for shoulder, elbow, and back armour, with level 1 shoulder and elbow protectors included, which can be upgraded to level 2 (part number: 27040752, sold separately). An optional level 1 back protector (part number: 27020317) and level 2 (part number: 27020318) are also available for separate purchase.

Material composition: Shell 1 is 100% polyester. Shell 2 is 69% cotton, 30% nylon, and 1% elastane.
