Product details

The PoE tester is designed for testing PoE/PoE+ connections according to the standards IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at, with a compliant voltage of 37-57V. Other standards, such as telephone or ISDN voltages, are not supported. Connect the RJ45 socket of the PoE tester using the included short cable; connect the other end of the cable to the RJ45 socket being tested. The following display options are available: 1. The Endspan LED lights up: There is a PoE voltage present on pins 1, 2, 3, 6 in Endspan mode at the socket. 2. The Midspan LED lights up: There is a PoE voltage present on pins 4, 5, 7, 8 in Midspan mode at the socket. 3. No LED lights up: The tested RJ45 socket does not provide PoE voltage. Technical specifications: Operating voltage: 24V-60V AC/DC. Operating current: < 10mA. Isolation voltage: > 1500 V AC.
