The inline tester for active and passive networks offers extensive functionality in the areas of local area network management and maintenance through state-of-the-art touch screen technology and a high-quality color display. The handy device, which is very easy and intuitive to operate, not only tests copper data links but also active LAN connections via copper and fiber optics. In addition, the integrated WLAN interface enables measurements on wireless networks. Further features include wiring tests per pin/pair including length measurement, IPv4, IPv6, PoE/PoE+ detection, PoE/PoE+ load test, PoE/PoE+ current measurement in inline mode, ping test, traceroute test, DHCP client, 10/100/1000 Mbps, HUB blink function, VLAN support, EDP/CDP/LLDP, detailed network scan/MAC and IP display, network verification with saved network scan, service detection (POTS, ISDN, Ethernet), VoIP monitor, and PC diagnostics.
