Holos Sonoconnect ALU 160

Sonoconnect is a series of highly flexible, acoustically and thermally insulated ventilation ducts, specifically designed for ventilation and air conditioning systems. Sonoconnect reduces the risk of conversation transmission through the ventilation system and lowers the noise level within the duct system. Additionally, Sonoconnect allows for a high degree of sound absorption.

Sonoconnect consists of a micro-perforated inner duct based on Aluconnect, which is surrounded by a completely diffusion- and dust-tight layer. This layer prevents the ingress of microfibers into the airflow and protects the insulation from moisture (Type LS25J). The fiberglass insulation can be either 25 mm or 50 mm thick. The Jacketconnect is made from a multi-layer bonded aluminum-polyester film or an Aluconnect of the corresponding diameter and is also diffusion-tight.

Since all components of Sonoconnect are pre-assembled at the factory, a variety of combinations can be chosen for specific applications. Sonoconnect can be easily cut to the desired length by slightly retracting the insulation and connecting the inner duct and outer jacket at both ends with adhesive tapes. In the event of a fire, no toxic gases are produced, and appropriate tests have been conducted by authorized institutions.
