The universal cable-connected tool setting instrument can be installed in various precision engraving and milling machines, engraving machines, machining centers, tang milling machines, drills, and other machines and devices for axial tool detection.

The use of the tool setting instrument can greatly reduce the defective products caused by inaccurate tool setting or calibration, tool breakage, and wear due to manual operation.

It operates at 10-30 V DC, is waterproof and oil-tight, with a test speed of 50-200 mm/min. It comes with a standard 1.8 m cable and has a rated voltage of DC 24 V ± 10%, with a maximum current of 20 mA.
