Description
The SDS-Max 4-cutter hammer drills from Hitachi are robust and designed for demanding end users. In this drill series, the carbide insert is no longer cross-shaped; instead, the 4-cutter design is formed by a main plate with two carbide side plates at a 90° angle. Another advantage of the carbide plates is the built-in wear indicator, which allows for timely replacement of the drill.
