The Hensel WP 1010 B cable junction box is a reliable solution for the safe and waterproof connection of cables. Made from high-quality thermoplastic, this junction box is particularly suitable for unprotected outdoor installations, where there is a risk of condensation or liquid ingress. It can also be installed underground, provided there are no traffic loads. The box is suitable for heating cables and heating tapes with a maximum surface temperature of 70 °C. For maintenance or testing, the lid can be easily removed, and the potting compound can be taken out. The lid is secured with quick-release fasteners, and the external tabs allow for easy installation. The box is equipped with terminals for cable cross-sections up to 10 mm² and offers a 5-pole connection option. Cable entry is facilitated through metric pre-formed openings in the housing walls, and additional cable connectors are available as accessories.
