These winter boots are certified for cold insulation. They have a waterproof OutDry membrane, a 200 g/m² PrimaLoft brand thermal insulation layer and a thick lining of natural wool for particularly low temperatures. They are made exclusively of breathable full-grain cowhide leather and have a non-marking rubber Vibram outsole with a hard-wearing cast toe cap. The sole is temporarily heat resistant up to 300 °C and is made of a rubber compound specially developed by Vibram to increase stability and slip resistance on ice. Thanks to the WED sole, the shoe retains its antistatic properties even when the insole is removed or replaced. In addition, it features the light and flexible nail penetration and toe protection Enigma Zero Composite. Its durability is ensured by a reinforced dual-micro heel insert.
