The HellermannTyton protective hose with a nominal diameter of 8.5 mm is a highly flexible cable conduit product that is ideal for industrial applications in machinery and plant construction, as well as in switch cabinets and public buildings. Made from polyamide 6, this hose offers a long service life and excellent abrasion resistance. It is highly impact-resistant and retains its shape, making it a reliable choice for demanding environments. Additionally, the protective hose features very good resistance to solvents and oils, further expanding its range of applications. With a maximum operating temperature of 120 °C and a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C, it is suitable for a variety of climatic conditions. The hose is self-extinguishing according to UL94 V2 and meets high safety standards, as it is free from halogens, sulfur, and phosphorus. The low smoke density and toxicity further enhance safety.
