This Heller cobalt steel drill bit has a diameter of 1.0 mm, is 34 mm long, and has a working length of 12 mm. The Heller HSS-Co steel drill bit features a 135-degree tip and is suitable for demanding drilling in high-alloy steel and stainless steel. A cobalt drill must be cooled with drilling oil during use.

The HSS-Co cobalt drill bit is made from special HSS steel with a 5% cobalt content. Its precise starting behavior is enhanced by a cross grind and a 135-degree angle, as well as excellent dimensional accuracy. The HSS-Co cobalt drill bit also excels with high roundness accuracy according to DIN 1414.

This drill bit is suitable for cast iron, iron, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and steel, among others.
