With the HECO®-WS system, you can create high-quality steel-wood connections even as a non-licensed timber construction company. The dowels are installed quickly in a single step without pre-drilling into the wood and through the steel plates. Up to 3 steel plates with a thickness of 5 mm each or 1 steel plate with a thickness of up to 10 mm can be drilled (quality: S235). The wood surface is not penetrated on the backside. Previously, the production of timber frame joints required a complex process. With the new HECO®-WS system, the workflow is reduced to just a few steps: 1. Fit the plate 2. Align and secure 3. Insert dowels.
