The SIMPLEX soft hammer from the 3017 series features a combination of TPE-soft and Superplastic inserts. The blue TPE-soft insert (series 320) is the softest insert in the SIMPLEX series, providing strong cushioning and making it suitable for sensitive tasks. Compared to a conventional rubber hammer, it does not leave any unwanted black marks. The Superplastic insert (series 320) allows for greater striking power than the TPE-soft insert. It is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. This makes it significantly more wear-resistant and durable compared to injected plastic inserts. The cast iron housing has an integrated handle protection sleeve that ensures high break resistance. The high-quality, vibration-dampening, ergonomically shaped wooden handle is double-coated in the grip area, making it resistant to dirt. According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and can be retrofitted. This not only saves money but also resources. This model is available in sizes from D30mm to D80mm. The D80mm version is also available with an extra short handle.
