The Simplex impact insert made of nylon (Series 3208) has a hardness of approximately 73 Shore D, making it a very hard insert. This white polyamide insert offers outstanding impact properties and guarantees maximum strength with the highest durability. It is made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, it is significantly more wear-resistant and robust, and it does not splinter even at low temperatures. Additionally, it is resistant to oil and grease. This insert is available in sizes from D30mm to D80mm.
